The company “Bast Eco” is a manufacturer of wood pellets “Pellets” European standard ENplus A1, production is located in the Zhytomyr region, the richest area for raw materials in Ukraine, it allows you to work uninterrupted production. The plant has modern equipment, which are made of the highest quality pellets. The best material for the fabrication of fuel pellets is softwood (pine, spruce), due to the high content of lignin, their softness. The company “Bast Eco” is used to granulate pellets only pine wood type – round timber, firewood diameter, at least 7 cm up to 20 cm, in this case, this is the raw bark husks, which allows to maintain the quality without the use of machines to remove bark.

CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY:
The company “Bast Eco” has certificates from the Italian, Korean and German laboratories, which confirm the quality  ENplus A1. The quality is constantly monitored from the beginning of the process to the finished product. Quality raw materials in the form of technical logs, using 100% pine without any impurities and additives provides a high quality finished product, it confirms the attached certificates below:

PACKING AND SHIPPING:
We supply pellets in the following packaging:
15 kg transparent bag on a pallet.

  • Transparent polyethylene bag,  size 45X75 cm, density of 80-90 microns.
  • We can print your log on bags  (the cost of the logo and calculates a cliche after receipt layout).
  • Size pallets 1000 x 1200 cm.

Polypropylene bag without bottom valve “big-bag”  1000 kg. (with bottom valve on request)

 Standard truck  loading:

  • 15 kg bag – 66 bags per pallet, 22 pallets per truck –  21,780 kg NET, gross 22,440 kg.
  • 22 “Big Bag” without pallets, each  1000 kg – 22000 kg NET, gross 22,100 kg.

Loading 40HC  container:

  • 15 kg bag – 74-75 bags per pallet, 21 pallet in container –  23 475 kg NET, gross 24 000 kg.
  • 21 “Big Bag” on pallets, each  1 120 kg – 23 520 kg NET, gross 23 980 kg.
